Approximately 7 1/2" in length, excluding the Charm and Toggle. If your wrist size is 6 1/2" - 6 3/4", then if will fit very comfortably on your wrist and may slide down your hand a bit, which is the way I design my bracelets to behave. 

The thick, double heart charm is suitable for engraving.
